DIRECTOR, CAREER SERVICES
Plan, direct, and evaluate a comprehensive program that delivers a wide range of career planning and placement services to students (graduate and undergraduate). Oversee On-Campus Recruiting, Career Counseling, Online Career Services, Employer Relations, and On-Campus Job Fairs ï‚· Provide significant assistance to the academic programs and the respective students for the Cooperative Education and Sea-Training II experience.

DIRECTOR, LATINX STRATEGIC INITIATIVE
Analyzed and maintained enrollment data, identified retention and persistence patterns and other relevant academic advising, processes, and outcomes ï‚· Lead the strategic planning and implementation process for a comprehensive Chicanx and Latinx retention initiative. Represented all Chicanx and Latinx initiative vision, goals and relevant data points regarding student retention, graduation rates and academic success.

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, STUDENT AND ALUMNI CAREER PROGRAMS
Managed the corporate/alumni/student engagement budget of $200,000 ï‚· Oversaw enrollment management of the Berkeley Career Network student/alumni social media platform that could potentially activate over 400,000 Cal alumni for networking and mentoring. Supervised 4 full-time exempt and non-exempt staff and student assistants. Project managed annual premiere signature alumni engagement events such as the Striving 2 Thrive Career Series: The Resilience of the Sisterhood

DEAN, SCHOOL OF HUMAN PERFORMANCE AND DEVELOPMENT
Directed the enrollment management of the departments and programs of over 2,000 students ï‚· Supervised 18 tenured faculty, 1 manager, 7 classified staff, and 50 student workers. ï‚· Managed and developed a $450,000 department budget. Participated in institutional planning initiatives including Educational Master Planning and Facility Master Planning, Accreditation, Student Learning Outcomes, and Commencement. Served as Athletic Director and interpreted and applied California Community College Athletic Association bylaws for athletic competition, student eligibility enforcement, and game scheduling ï‚· Prepared and submitted federal and state reports with regard to Title IX, gender equity in athletics to meet state compliance and federal funding requirements.

DIRECTOR, TRANSFER & CADENA CULTURAL CENTER
Supervised, hired, and trained two full-time classified staff, five student hourly’s, and five adjunct counselors. Managed annual budgets of $38,000 for the Transfer Center and $5,000 for the Cadena Cultural Center. Participated on college-wide planning committees i.e. Educational Master Plan, Accreditation, and Program Review committee  Assured the compliance of state standards, regulation and policies regarding personnel and raising student awareness of transfer processes at the college.
